Today’s self-release technique is great for those of you that:
� spend much of your day sat at a computer
� have elbow discomfort (tennis &/or golfer’s elbow)
� have tight, uncomfortable forearms
� have a manual job that involves lots of lifting & carrying
� are a Mum!
� like lifting weights in the gym
You are in complete control of how strong the stretch is throughout by choosing how far to move your hand, on the arm being stretched.
This is one of the techniques I use during massage treatments.
I love it because it’s easy to apply to yourself
Which, for my clients, means they can continue the benefits of their session on their own at home & work afterwards too.
